I have rectently returned to the world of Battle.net, and was horrified to find what I did. First game I joined was named "Cannon D JOIN" So I did. We had a full house immediatly, and we started the game. I saw to my great dissapointment that I had over 4000 minerals and at least 20 civs in the middle. Who the hell did this?!?! Has it gotten so bad that people need to play maps like these? Do people REALLY suck that bad?! I mean Good Gravy people!

After my frustration, I left the game and joined a Family Guy Madness map. I love these kinda maps. I was Chris, and we began the game. I amassed at least 40 Dark Templar Chris's before assaulting the main area. To my amazement Peter had 9999 HP and did 999 Damage! I was about to leave when some moron yelled out "RIGGED!!!" No crap.... People were shouting out curses at Peter, and I yelled at them "Stop complains and wasting your time. Quit the game." No body did

This is terrible. The rigging was bad enough, but people kept complaing and whining and bitching about how bad the game was rigged. This went on for about 3-4 minutes until I couldnt take it anymore and left.

But I had had the final straw when I played my favorite game, Defence F. I normally rule at this game, having beaten it countless times. Thinking here was an easy victory, I was shocked and *RAGED* when I entered the game to fine we all had 1400 minerals!!! I left immediatly, and quit Battle.net....

Who are the who mess with the ing games?! Leave them alone! We don't want you to mess up our gaming experiance by ruining things people spent good hard time making. The list goes on... Super Smash Brothers, Family Guy, Defence F, All kinds of Defence games.... Almost all of them have a rigged counterpart. Stop screwing with the games just so you can get 5 minutes of self-respect. I KNOW I am not the only one who feels like this. Lets hear from the rest of you enraged folks!

Rigging isn't really new, and there isn't much we can do about it except put more advanced protections on our maps, and be sure not to leak the unprotected ones.
All you need to do is just find out what ones aren't rigged, or create your own games (unless you are like me and have high latency...).

Rigging maps suck . Its like me early starcraft days when i cheated my way through every UMS map on my computer. It just takes all the fun away. It takes neither skill or teamwork to make it... all map riggers!

thats why i quit sc for a while and i came back, i knew things wouldnt get much better till I heard about ProEdit and it hit me like a rock that fell off of a cliff and hit me on the head, that i needed to come back. I always make my maps 100% Non-Rigged. If you ever see a map of mine that is rigged some a edited it and screwed the map. And thats what happens to every member of this community. you cant do anything about it. and thats why i got pariah.

Now people on pariah (xbox) lets you have 1-5 and more! No one steals your map and claims it. You can publish your map so people can DL it and Play it. They cant edit it. Thats what sc needs to be like.

I don't see how you can get so frustrated over a rigged map, so what if it's rigged? The person obviously wants to play a crappy map so let him. If you don't want to play a rigged map then host your own games.

His point that when he came back on battle.net all the maps he played were rigged, and it is frustrating because you want to play a decent balanced game.

i hate map riggers they want to cheat and crap it piss me off why would any 1 do that they steal and edit maps people worked hard on thats a load of crap of people rigging them i will hunt them bastards down

we ll i cant host maps... i have a firewall so whenever ANYONE trys to join my games the latency is to high. We just need better protection so things like this program i heard Archn's Unprotect or sumtin like that cant unprotect it

I think rigger's eyes should be gouged out. Then shot in both kneecaps, and left in a closet to die.

Alot of rigged maps are protected, its just leaked unprotectors and stuff get to the protection.
