i still dont understand why i cant save my maps to the c:drive...Any maps that are in the starcraft folder, cant delete, copy or save any new maps. Im getting annoyed having to save all my maps either on a floppy, zip, or cd.

You obviously screwed the settings for your computer somewhere along the line. Are the maps file properties checked as read-only?

im guessing its what my dad did. My parent really dont like me using the computer, have no clue why. I have Windows XP and the only why for my to get sc on the comptuer was to sign on my dads account. He probably did somethings to the settings in my account.

If you can get on your dad's account go to Control Panel > User Accounts and change your account back to "Computer Administrator. That is, if you're not afraid of trouble.

When I was 14 I got a job and earned the money I needed to get my computer. Untill then all I had was a PSX and a few games and a super-outdated computer that could barely play Warcraft 2.
You sound like you have it better than me, at least you have a computer you can sneak onto. Don't ruin it by pushing your luck is what I'm trying to say.

i understand, im only 16 right now dont really have much freedom. Have to deal with this my whole like till i move out.
