Preserve trigger
I dont no what went wrong. When i place the civs on all those location, its kills all the civs but it doesn't create the units.
This should work right? or did i do something wrong?
Extra units like the one you used (Raszagal) cannot be placed in game.
really? Why would it be in there then
You can't CREATE them with triggers, but you can preplace them.
It can be placed before-game, in the editors. If you want pre-place the Raszagal in an unseen spot for another player, and instead of using the 'Create Units' action just give it to the Human Player and move it to where you want to.
ill just change it to a corsair then. Man i feel stupid not knowing these things.
special units?
YOu mean extended units?
He means all of:
the "X-tra" units such as Raszagal that are not found in StarEdit but are part of the game, and the "Unused" units such as the Independent Starport, and the "Extended" or "Hyper" units with ID greater than 227 (or whatever it is) that technically don't exist and which are being researched in
this thread.
None of these can be created by the "Create units" action.
Yes you can just Preplace it somewhere in your map, then have your trigger just simply move the Raszagal instead of creating it, that will work too.
