Ok so I wanted to use the player 14 trick to completely freeze preplaced units in a map. Nothing was freezing when I preplaced the map revealer, even after preplacing it after placing the other units. So I thought it might have to be placed during the game. But when I looked at the trigger functions on starforge, it didn't have players 13-28 listed.
I have several questions.
1. Does freezing units completely still work?
2. Why can you not place units 13-28 using triggers?

The answer to #2:
The player numbers 13-28 have special meaning when it comes to triggers, such as the various forces, "all players," etc.

You can't create units for players > 8 anyway.

You place the units you want to freeze, then you place a 4x speed up mod.

4x Speed

Rantent, mind posting an example of what you're doing? Or maybe the unit order is getting messed up, check it in SCMToolkit.

Ya, ok I guess it was only my imagination. Weird though, I could have sworn I placed it after I placed the units. blink.gif Thanks Heimdal for the explaination of p13-28. smile.gif
