Take a screenshot: hit the print screen key (sometimes labelled "prt scr" or something like that). If you are in SC this will save a .pcx file to your SC directory. Most everywhere else it will copy the image to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an imaging program (e.g. paint) and save it as a file.
To post a screenshot, you have to be in the extended reply box (not the small one at the bottom of the thread). There is a space for file attachments. Click the browse button, find the file, then click "add this attachment." you can then click the "add into post" button to put the thumbnail/link wherever you want.
