If somebody was cloned, the real one died, and the clone is very exact as the real one. Do you care that person who died but you got the clone around you?
(Exact as in, what they feel about you, they do the same thing and stuff)
I say yes...
what do you mean

Like if the real one is dead, and the clone does all the same thing as the real one.
He's saying would you mind having a clone instead of the real person. And I say yes.
Yeah, thats what I meant, but that isn't too specific enough.
It would be better to have the clone, but it wouldn't be the same.
He means if your real friend died, but a clone was created to take his place, and it acted and did everything exactly like the real person, would you mind having the clone as your "friend" rather then your real friend?
"Oh Jack, that was unfortunate that you died yesterday"
"That wasn't me, you gotta remember that was the original"
"Oh riiiight, still it must suck for you ... being the copy and all"
"Meh, it has it's quirks ... I didn't have to physically endure any of my bad memories"
"True dat."
Yes, but you would know that he really died, I don't think it would feel the same. If you never knew what one was real and what one wasn't then it would be normal because for all you know the clone could have died.
But if you did know that the real one was dead then I would find that strange.
I'd just like to point out that because how the environment, amognst many other things, affects how you think and how you act, you couldn't have a clone that acts just like you. Plus it probably wouldn't live past five years old, so, yeah.
Well, I dunno about this one. It'd be better to have SOMEONE there, but a clone isn't the same as the original.

That is what I am trying to say.

Probably the person doesn't know if his/her friend is dead. lol.
The clone wouldn't have the same memories, so it wouldn't be the same.

What if it they cloned the friend's brain too? (lol)
OR inserted his/her memories...
I would care if the real died but the cloned didnt.
Even though they're basically the same people, they're still two different people with different minds. If you knew this person all your life, you would've built up strong relationships with him, you guys would know just about every aspect of each others lifes, you guys would hang out and have fun and do all sorts of crap.
Just because the real person dies doesn't mean you can continue with his clone. You basically have to start over with this clone since initially he starts off by not having any relation with you.

True that.
If they acted like the same exact person and I could never tell the differnce between the clone and the real one...It'd be best not for me to find out. Because then I would have to live with knowing that the clone
is not the person I've spent a lot of time with.
What I don't know won't hurt me, right?

Yeah, won't hurt you unless if you disrespect them... (Might hurt you if they have a specific horoscope
)
havent u guys seen that clone movie with the governator and all?
I saw that movie. is it the one where he is in the future and he has to get back stolen identity.
but if you were to clone a human it would take forever, it took more than 100 trys to clone that sheep dolly or something like that. And human is much more harder to clone.
The clone would a baby anyways. Yes my friend with his brain/memories whos a baby that outa be fun.
Anyways I have Twin brother (JimAdany on sc, if you see him bs ok
) and thats sort of like a clone. But his annoying.

What if a super constructive nerd who know's you a lot and doesn't want you to feel miserable about your friend being dead?
Maybe if the 'super constructive nerd' was as rich as Bill Gates and have alot of power in the goverment
What if the super constructive nerd studies you a lot?
