WE should get rid of the spamming bots but not the actual ones that are needed to control a channel. And posting that link to the site with hacks does not really help. I sugggest you remove it.

Only time I can see the use of a bot is for trivia games, or something a clan leader can use. There might be some other misc reasons as well. But very few.

Don't remove bots, because if it was stealth, people uses stealth bots for ads, clan op, bot from sites... you only find ads more often from channels from channels you login to.

I agree with devilesk, why is this in serious discussion anyways? The only serious thing you get is probably a virus or a clean website without a virus. I saw somebody before and never saw him in sen, and he was advertising sen too.

I want to get rid of bots As The Are. They're annoying and spamful, but the power of bots goes deeper than that. They have potential to make lives easier, and to add functionality to certain things.

I ban spam bots from the channel. And what passes for "spam" stays very loose in these situations.
