Star Wars Coruscant
Players: 8
Tileset: Jungle
Dimension: 192 x 128
Game type: Aeon of Strife

This map has been released into the public a while ago, but still needs some editing to do. Such as:
Terrain work
Balancing
and so on.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful on how to make these things better, or anything else about the map.

First off all this isn't the right place to post this. Second of all what is it about? what is game play like? Do you have anything down? We cant do it for you. Its ok to ask but you must have somthing. Look at all the forums first, this wasn't the right 1 to put it in.

*by improve does this mean you have somthing? Please be more specific.

This belongs in the ideas forum; you're asking for ideas. If you want us to give you pointers on anything in the map, it would be good if you actually posted it in the topic. I can't tell you how to balance units/fix terrain if I don't know what they are like already.

the map is basic and for some reason very popular, if ne1 has played Defence of the Ancients on Warcraft III think of this as its reincarnation on starcraft, a game that would seem like a n00b map has beaten all odds and is addictive and fun.
Droids are too ez to beat up on the republic by simply pulling back all your men and massing and waiting for the time to strike. If there was a mass competition b/w Repub and Driods, Driods win EVERYtime. The clones need much more HP and slightly more attack(i can immagine 1 clone taking out 2-3 driods be4 he goes down. A unit cap would fix this were if player 1 has more than say 40 men he doesnt spawn again until it goes back down to 40(can be a number of whatever u like). spawn at the bottom of the map dont even work. to fix this simply add a timer and add in switches that turn the spawn off after it is triggered at the begining of a countdown and turn it back on at the end of the timer so that it is in a loop. I think the terrain is the part of this map that people like. And a BIG BIG bug with the Driods is that they can heal all there units right before they die by taking them to the heal beacon, including thier arbitor AND tanks can get restored too. The republic can not do this because they are not apart of the their heros team that gets healed.

i say that the forward defense cannons should be killable and the shields lowered on the camp. it is essentially a stalemate. the droids and the republic need to be balenced.

If you think it's a "stalemate" you guys either aren't good droids/clones, or the people you play with aren't good droids and drones. I always take out at least one spawn each game, if I have the same amount of heroes, even if he is good.

Well, I always win. I never lost. The way to win depends on your strategy. I think it is pretty much balanced, and it all depends on the player's choice of actions.

the version 1.2 fixed alot of stuff
possibly haveing two diffrent buildings to build to upgrade in diffrent ways?
possibly a way to set up a newish base and a way point for each base for a diffrent place for them to go
