During the War Of The Worlds premire in London recently Tom Cruise was giving an interview while the reporter squirted him with water, you gotta give him credit for remaining cool for the whole time. After the reporter squirted Tom Cruise he didn't get the response he expected... But then again, see for yourself

The film crew was arrested but Cruise made it public that he will not be pressing any charges, get the whole story here.

I have 2 opinions.

1. GOOD FOR HIM! Finally he doesnt just fake laugh, but goes all out on this idiot.
2. grumpy, i feel bad for the guy who squirted him.

He's a very famous actor and he gets a prank played on him and doesn't react very well to him and its serious because the crew got arrested for possible assault but then released because Cruise decided not to press any charges, read the whole thing before you post.

I just read the whole thing too, and my question is the same as Timmy's. Now if the topic is something like, "is squirting people with water worth jail time?" Ya, that would make some sense. But the rest of this will easily derail, and go on and on about how good or bad Cruise is. It's not like he's a president, or very high up religious figure. His opinion barely effects the world compared to people like that.

Well I made this topic more general so you can discuss either one or even something else.

I had read it. I still don't understand how this could possibly be a serious discussion. How stars react to a prank suuure boggles the minds of top scientists, makes us question the meaning of life, and think about a deeper meaning of things.

Reminds me of times when some idiots decide to act stupid just saying it's a "joke" and for fun, but I take it seriously. I can relate to Tom Cruise, and I would find that annoying sometimes. If it made me all wet and caused me to be uncomfortable I would probably be mad.

I like how he handled it, though it was pretty weird calling a "jerk" over and over. Could have said some other things wink.gif But that whole thing with saying he should be ashamed of himself, and he's here giving an interview and the other guy does a thing like that to him is a good way to tell him off.

From the video, the moment he got squirted he seemed to kind of laugh about it, but then slowly became an angryman. Lol

This was probably staged, just look at it....

Looks like more of Tom Cruise's crappy acting... and they probably payed him for it too.

I couldn't hear a single word that british "interviewer" said in the video when he was getting bashed by Tom Cruise.

Who gives a shit? I could go out and get shot and get two lines in an obituary column, while some other guy gets squirted with some water and gets front page and 20 page articles because he's "famous". Honestly, I wish people would stop caring about this stuff so they would forced to get real news to sell their papers.

I watch the news for entertainment. That's it. I flip every once in a while to see if any terrorists attack us, and I'm always disappointed. Cause I want to see some action going on. I want to see people getting killed, people getting shot, maimed, murdered, everything. To me, that's quality entertainment. Just as long as I don't really know the person, it's all fine by me. And the rest of America, I'm pretty sure they think the same way, but are not gonna admit it.

Hey, at least I admit it. Deep down inside, we're all monsters.
