Basic Rules:

The tournament will be of elimination style on random melee maps determined by the tournament organizers. The tournament will occur each weekend, on Saturday at 8 PM Eastern Time. It will be one on one matchups, and the number of participators depends on how many sign up.

I might sign up. But I don't think I will be on at the time of the tournament.

If the tournament is any day tomorrow I won't be able to attend.

The tournament will most likely be at 8 PM Eastern Time each Saturday, since most people appear to be available at that time. The time / date may be changed if enough people agree on it.
