SEN doesn't allow explanations of how to unprotect maps.
As to your question, after compilation, there's no way to set "IGNORE_PROTECTION". That is, in order for the code that ignores protection to be compiled (or the code that detects protection not be compiled), a definition must be undefined. All of the versions of SCMDraft that he built to be released to the public weren't compiled to "IGNORE_PROTECTION" (mainly because he wants to stay neutral on the issue).
Basically, you can't make it open protected maps.
