Read the subtitle, that's exactly what happens. The weird thing is, if I'm player one (since it's on random start locations), it doesn't happen, but it happens for every other player (so far, I've only tried yellow and orange, but both crashes SC).
Now, I've attached the map for you all to try, and see if you can fix it.
In order to build the nuke silo, you must use "A.E.G.i.S. - Demolition", and at the top right corner, you will be able to build a nuke silo.
Any help is highly appreciated...
EDIT: Okay, this is my bad... I set the build time to 0, that's why it crashed XD. Sorry for all the trouble.
