I voted no simply because I think StarCraft is dying. Not that I feel the morphing had any effect on that, but simply because I don't feel one person should be doing such a great deal of work for "fun." If you need to create mods, you can play on private gateways in many places, assumably with previous versions. I did so on Diablo 1 for a good amount of time to play legit-only. StarCraft modders can easily do the same.
It kind of annoys me how for the last three years or so there have been people who have ranted about the death of SC.
The only way SC can possibly die is if north korea nukes south korea
[/bad joke]
Also, what you speak of has probably been done before. Could you provide a link on how to set up private gateways. (bet you can't becuase it's too hard and obscure
)
Also, in response to mini moose, I think that SI should focus on memgraft, becuase you can do everything possible in UMS with the current verson of SCMDraft and SF. However, our mods are seriously restricted without memgraft.
SCMDraft works fine, it can wait a bit while they hunt down the new memory locale ids.
