People generally dislike when someone needs to be told many many things that are usualy obvious.

Even this, predieanalien, is obvious. Some of the best things you learn, are by yourself.

A lot of people that need help, are usually people that have never done something before. I have no trouble helping these people, infact, I enjoy it.

However, assisting people that are too lazy to figure extremely simple things themselves I have a slight problem with. You've asked many questions, and most of them could be answered with a little bit of effort.

There are hundreds of sounds in the /sound/ directories. If you go through them all one by one, you could accually figure out where everything is. Thus, the next time you go through the sounds, you'll know where it is right away!

Nope, instead you'll be asking everyone else where it is, and will never gain any knowledge of whats in the /sounds/ directory.

Oh by the way, that answer I gave you was off the top of my head. Why? I went through the /sounds/ directory many times. I know were everthing basically is.

so just caues i ask thing's that i cant under stand. gets me in trouble? you know what? i like asking for help. and just becaues "im to lazy " the reason why i asked is 1st. i didnt think the sound folder had it 2nd. i like this site and 3rd. i havent when though all of the sounds the most ever i got through is terran since they have funny things in there word format lol

why make a mapping assistance forum if you dont want pepole asking for help? ive went through alot of my posts and still i see no reason why pepole hate other pepole becaues there not as smart as other pepole. maybe thats why we have war's (beside the whole world domination thing)

Which is the reason I said this. I do not like lazy people. All you had to do is look around, but you decided to get someone else to do it for you instead. You'll get no where with that kind of an additude

By the way, you know very well that post is full of tons of spelling mistakes. I could barely read it. We have a very nice feature called "Spell Check" which will read through your post and suggest spelling fixes. It may not know all the words (WTF, newbie, hehe etc), but it could sure help your post!

I'm assuming your refering to Bolt Heads post. I admire him, and so should you. There aren't many great map makers left in this community, and hes at the top of my list.



No one says I'm not a forgiving person. Deathknight used to be a jerk in my eyes, but he soon became a valued member of this community in no time. I host his website Glitch Factor, and hes very supportive of this community and myself. People change, I know that.
