Try reinstalling StarCraft, that always seems to work.
Whenever I have a problem I can't seem to solve, I hop on a bot and chat with the rep in Blizzard Tech Support on west.

your missing a file, so yes you have to reinstall. one time something very wierd happend to meh and it was where I had a SF folder in my War3 file. It's wierd.

What does this have to do with Website Feedback, Bugs & Discussion? Your computer is not the website, and your patch failing is not a bug on the website.
