"Anything Goes" is really a bad name, because everyone thinks that ANYTHING GOES, as it might suggest. In order to eliminate loopholes, I'm going to let everyone suggest names. Then I'll make a new topic that has a poll with the choices.
The idea we're converying is this the place for topics that don't fit anywhere else and are not Serious Discussion.

I realized Garbage is not a good name, because that will lower the quality of posting.
Clokr_, if you want an unmoderated forum, get off SEN. If we have one, its definitely going to spill over to other forums.

Miscellaneous Concepts doesn't really convey the idea that topic that don't fit anywhere else go there. Its also close to the Concepts forum, which has the potential to cause confusion.
