I havent used scmdraft before so I want to find some things out. please answer the following questions.
1- Can I make all the terrain and doodads using scmdraft and all other stuff with SCXE?
2- Will SCXE delete things I putt with scmdraft in before? If yes wich things?
3- Is there some prites or doodad limit using scmdraft?

Too difficult? What are you trying to imply here? I posted that link because it's an already made comparison of every aspect of an editor. Since you don't look like the kinda person who likes reading first then asking questions I'll answer them for you.
1. Yes, but you can do everything with SCMD2.
2. Yes, sprites.
3. Yes, the limit STARCRAFT has.
