Hey, im not the type of person that can make those crazy names so can you think of:
4 city names, an empire name, an emporer name, a main character name, and about 6 miscallanieus names

For city names, what I do is look on the world map in some middle-east country like Iraq. Pick a random city. Then mess with it XD.

Okay, sounds easy, I'll make a few that are original, and a few that just sound cool
Sound Cool:
Cities: Athens, Spartus, City of the Pure, Lycia, Sacae, Laus, Pharea (heh fire emblem <3)
Empire name: The pure? (city of the pure)
Emperor: High priest Raan (at least keep the high priest part
)Main Charactor: Cooper! (heh thats my fav name, man I really wanna go make my own map now, heh but you can take these ideas anyway cause I'll never finish)
Misc names: Lindus, Rath, Jectia, Tidus, Ferlon, Lulan, Tibiteon
Ferreal:
Cities: Frentenia, Racol, Domteros, Lothia,
Empire: Kanalus Clan
Emperor: Kunal
Main Charactor: Tycentrus
Misc names: Roctun, Felona, Inel, Zex, Iternius, Julinthus, Anteros, Ebar, Sansqoon, Virqal, Pionis, Denolith, Demetrux, Colathus, Apanos, Laquida
Hope you can pronounce them right, because they sound pretty sweet when you do

when you make names, try to think of themes. stick to the theme and use real words. if you noticed in qPk's deep blue map, the cities are all named after trees.
if that doesnt work for you, name the cities based on their main traits.
