I can barely understand you, but from what I hear, its all illegal. Staredit.net does not support illegal acts.

All you need to know is "op SeN". You do not need any IPs at all to go to channels.

Thats wonderful. Heres the instructions:
1. Beg your mommy, or, break your piggy bank to get 20 dollars.
2. Heres the hard part, go to your local computer store.
3. "Buy" a copy of Starcraft and Starcraft Brood War.
4. Install on your computer.
5. And OMG IT WORKS!

SC channels do not run on IPs.
