Imagine a system completly virtual. A Virtual Boy for the new century. I give you Nintendo On.

Watch the video it is unbelievable. From minute 1.35 to about 3minutes is kinda boring but the rest is crazy. Too bad its all just an elaborate hoax. Basicaly some guy spent a week of his life creating this video. He did it not to stir up the industry but instead to get Nintendo's attention, to show them how well he could advertise for them. I think the video is pretty danm good and worth watching. If it does not work streaming you can download it at http://www.1up.com/do/feature?pager...Id=3141783#v1.1 and click the Nintendo On Video. Its an 80meg download but well worth it.

So thats why one of my friends was like "OMG DUDE THE NEW NINTENDO GOES ON YOUR HEAD" before I even saw pictures of the revolution. The whole time he was going on about I was thinking "uh, no it doesn't - nintendo already learned from their mistake with Virtual Boy".

That video is ... amazing. I can't believe that somebody would spend the time to make something like that, just to get noticed by Nintendo. I suppose anything is possible, though.

My favorite part is the giant Super Mario castle smile.gif (enough to download the 80mb file)

Seriously though, the video advertises that the "product" can play games and make games. Would somebody care to explain how you can make a virtual reality game using a helmet? I suppose that it could connect to your computer to do that, but why would Nintendo ever allow random people to make games for it's system without permission / having to pay them? Additionally, how is the helmet supposed to detect the movement of your body? The "product" doesn't appear to come with any other equipment (gloves, boots, etc.)

Even if I had seen this before E3, I would have known that it was fake because of these reasons.

That guy is a REALLY good animator, a pity that Nintendo didn't hire him after all of the work that he did.

Yes, I bet he was really mad when he found out he coulden't get hired by them.

If I were them, I would have hired him as soon as I saw the helmet. But of course it was fake, He had to do something to get into his animation.

well people today still make nintendo games( the nes console.)
their is a guy called Burrny Cobal that still makes his own nintendo games like zelda and mario.

Their are even hacked nintendo games in the population today. Like one time i went to a pawn shop and bought the origanal mario brothers but when i played the game it didn't seem right. Because when it said 1 player or 2 players or what ever it had a 1 joint for 1 player and a joint and a lighter for 2 players i was like wtf.

and when you play the game mario has a smoke in his mouth and lewgi caries a bong with him.

Any ways just wanted to post something up about nintendo
