I can't understand it. PsychoTemplar essentially depises me, he's yet to praise or complement anything I've made. He has stated or inferred that I am an idiot in every direct conversation I have ever had with him. And yet, I don't hate him in the least. I never get angry when he insults me, I become depressive and self loathing. I can't stand it, and I can't please him. Should i just set him on ignore, and deal with some topics losing sense with missed comments, should I not talk to him, and possibly end up missing out on conversation with friends on SEN, or should I do something else? It's not like I hate him, it's not really like that at all.

Tell him 2 stop. Otherwise, just deal with it and block out any insults.

I guess you could talk to one of the admin if it truly bothers you too much. Dunno what they'd do but I cant think of any solutions.

I dunno, besides his tendency to flame, I think PsychoTemplar is smart. I guess you to be on his good side. I hope your venting helped you out, though.

PT is a smart guy (I'm not just supporting him because he's a friend, even if he was wrong, and become completely biased towards anyone and anything like fortune), but he really is smart, just read some of his posts in serious discussion.

It's true that not everyone can like you in this world. Just like with starcraft maps, not everyone will like your SC map; all u gotta do is just ignore those people and focus on those that like your maps.

Try ignoring the internet.

Set him on ignore and if he ever bothers you again just tell him to piss off.

The thing that makes it a big problem is that I don't hate him, but I'm starting to see some of his weaknesses.

Feels odd to have someone post on how internet chatting makes them feel uncomftorable. But for once i can actually see where you are coming from since he does make alot of directful rude comments. In my opinion I doubt he hates you or anything, that's just his way of discussing, many people make rude remarks towards people when they arn't meant that way in the first place

[duh] Ignoring people is the number one cause of ignorace. [/duh] Listening and taking into consideration everything is neccessary for balanced decisions. The I-don't-care-what-other-people-think attitude is a really good way to piss me off.





Devilesk annoys everyone I know. I probably wasn't the first to tell him he was wrong, but he's certainly annoyed me a lot. TH, doesn't annoy me nearly as much as Devilesk. It just ticks me off that he acts like he's the shit when a lot of his stuff doesn't impress me that much (I havn't seen most of his terrain, so maybe I'm missing out on something, but I have seen his paintings).


I'm not made of steel, but I doubt you know my "weaknesses".


If you don't put up any act over the internet and someone thinks you're a dipshit, you'll take it personally. I do think he's being pretty emo by posting this though.


I don't just throw in words like "asshole" and "dolt" to sound smart. I say them because I mean it. Whether the person I'm commenting on is just acting that way at the moment, or if they actually are that way all the time is irrelevent. I don't think it's rude to be honest. I've seen some phenomenally rude things done on this website that no one pays heed to, but as soon as someones behavior is commented on, it's a big deal (in case you havn't guessed, I don't think it should be this way).


For the record, my feelings toward TH are just that he's not fun to talk to. Nothing else to it.
