I know we all love SC, but do we all get out enough? It was brought to my attention when jumping up and down on a trampaline (however that is spelled). Anyway, just send in your answer, and maybe a nice little reply to how you excersis, or don't!

I'm one of those crazy people that bikes down the sides of vertical cliffs. I also play kamikaze ultimate frisbee twice a week. I guess you could say I get some excercise...

Does enough exercice alright; might use more though.

hehe wel I really need to exercice but i dont, its not because im lazy i just never exercice. I used to play hockey like 5 days a week last year but then i quit and now i dont feel like moving my fat ass anymore

I will probably start to do something next summer but until then I just dont want to.
I don't excercise for the point of exercising, I do it because I like to get out and go crazy sometimes. When I'm done biking or something, I'm literally almost exhausted. I usually come home, eat something, and go to sleep...
I do martial arts 3-4 times a week. But nothing other than that.
Just for everyone to know, I put that last comment on for me to stop everytime, it is just to see how people feel about this poll. It will almost always be there, so expect it!
Back to our topic, I guess your all right, because no one excersises for the point of excersising, but for fun. However, getting out does not mean you excersis. I can walk outside and still be getting out. So if you put that, please try to reframe it!
Last, I love to bike, snowboard (Thank you mountains), jump on my tramp, run (I find it funny), Pace (thinking, maybe I can't count this as excersising), and a whole lot more. I do like to sleep more than excersis though!
