That's the biggest load of bullshit. First time he had 4 spinning images that collectively were over 450kb. I removed them and replaced it with "• Images with external hosts MUST be under 100kb." and gave him a warning. Second time he had two that went over 250kb. I PM'ed him and told him it was still too large and that he would have to change it. A few hours later I saw they were still there and that he would have seen my PM, so I edited his sig and replacd it with "• Images with external hosts MUST be under 100kb." once again.
Today I saw he reverted his sig back to normal, so I removed them, warned him again and suspended him. He's bullshitting you when he says he wasn't told not to. He was told 3 times about the size limits before I suspended him and I only suspended him because he reached 100%.

If he sees people with sigs over the size limit, why isn't he reporting them? I'm just trying to think of the users who have to browse these forums with 56k, it's absolute hell when people have huge sigs like his.

Ok, he IM'ed me and we went through the little scenario. Apparently his sig was one of those things lost from the server change. I changed his sig, then when the server was moved it was back to it's original state. I removed 1 warn and unsuspended him.
