I was about to permantely IP ban him, but I realized that his IP was being used by other members, mainly flaming_X and FireKame, two active members.

It doesn't mean they are the same person, it means they might be on some kind of LAN or in a school.

flaming_X and FireKame, if you are posting from school or whatever, please try to find out who this individual is. If he continues to return, I may be forced to notify his Internet Service Provider, which he may be blacklisted or even be fined.

I do not want to IP ban in this case, but I have alternatives. I banned his email and username, thats the most I can do. He comes back, he loses ISP and possibily a lot of money.

By the way, if hes posting from a school (I saw above), hes still not safe. He registered with his email address, with which now I know everything about him
