sometimes when I capitilize lol (LOL) I mostly laugh (usually small) out loud. Usually when wesmic says a joke or me and deathknight find a new screwed up glitch.

No never, Laugh out loud (lol) is used when someone cant think of something to say really.
Unless it was a really good joke, When i say laugh out loud(lol), I do.. Other wise i giggle like, Hehe.

Sometimes, when they make a joke but I don't think its funny but not to make them down so I just type it. They'll never know if I really mean it!
Personally, I have a great sense of humor that I will laugh at the most stupid idiotic ones, but directly like after 3 seconds I would say stupid and laugh. If you think I'm on drugs, I personally think yes.

When there is someone sitting next to me I laugh when writing lol, but if Im alone I mostly just think "Haha".

I do, but I'm sure most people don't, because they're lying weasles who need to show a little honesty to other people. Seriously, if you start typing "lol" all the time to one person, but they aren't actually funny they'll grow into annoying little pests who constantly say unfunny things and laugh at their own jokes. There are some people who type "lol" because they don't want to look stupid, like they don't get it; I think that's most of the people who don't actually laugh when they type "lol". In any case, I don't hang around these people, because for the most part, they never say anything funny, so I just leave them alone.

Normally I just use "lol" to show acknowledgement that it's somewhat "entertaining", but most of the time it doesn't really make me laugh. Sometimes though it actually makes me laugh out loud, and it's funny

I give a little nose laugh, where you simply exhale through your nose as a sign of amusement.
