K I have 
with my starcraft Screen shots and they are currently .PCX files <---which are Paint files. They cannot open because they don't work with paint ---if someone could put there cursor over a screen shot it should say Type : ------- and i need to know what that is because they are with the wrong program to open it with.

irfanview will do it. Check out download.com and search for "pcx."
By the way, to remove the association with paint, shift-right-click on the file and select "open with..." and pick a new program. Be sure to check the "always open with this program" option too.

ahhh yes... now i see, i new i had to right click and go to choose program but i didn't know what to choose and i tried most of them, but at the "If the program you want is not on the list on your computer you can look for the appropriate program on the web is the link you can take to get InfranView

Infranview can be found in the DLDB.
Another method I like to use for not dealing with .pcx files is Ctrl+C+PrintScreen, then I open paint and copy it.
