Okay the idea is that make a mod that would require sc installed or a sc cd key.
To change everything from 2D to 3D and make it a FPS game, it would be like SC:Ghost
for pc!
Theirs a chance for success!
Think its a good idea?

Uhh, no. It's impossible. Unless you mean code you own game from scratch using SC as a theme.

Ya, I can do it secretly. I found a program thats moderatly okay to use.
The legal terms, I read through some parts. They might just let it go because I'm not gonna get any money but fun out of it, the need of a working SC cd key, a fan mod that requires the need of SC installed. It dosen't effect the actuall game of starcraft because its a different coding, and it only needs SC and internet for it to see if your cd key isn't banned.
