I'm thinking A Night at the Roxbury, but there are a bunch of others that are pretty much tied... Gladiator and Who Am I? have this quality.

I liked Shaolin Soccer. It had a good story and was extremely funny and entertaining. The players also had good personalitites and whatnot.
