It's not that huge, it's smaller than some of the maps hosted on this site.
I am curious as to how you're posting here though.... I'm asusming you're using a different computer, perhaps you could find something to re-install IE. It's difficult to help because we don't know what problems are occuring. If it was due to a power outage, perhaps some wires to the drives were fried, but if the computer is working fine, I wouldn't understand why it would happen to IE.
Does anything else have this problem? If it's only IE, I would assume it's something unrelated to the power outage.
