Basically I am looking forward to completely clean up my computer during this week. I'll be deleting everything that isn't usefull, I'll be defragmenting my hardrives and as one of the most important things, I want to remove all spyware if I have any.

So can anyone link me to a good reliable Anti-Spyware Program that I can download for free?

MS Antispyware will get rid of everything. You can get it at Microsoft.com. Be sure to clean out your registry and your comp will be as good as new.

PS: Spybot and Ad-aware both suck. Dont let people tell you otherwise

Anything I'd use is there. I like CCleaner as well, though technically it doesn't remove Spyware specifically.

then why is it good to use?

Wow, these were some pretty fast replies.

I'll try the Microsoft AntiSpyware first because it is the most logical program because it is made by the guys that know best your OS, they know what is good and what is bad. It's the people that have created ways to go around your OS that make microsoft look bad.

If not, then I'll see what Moose linked to, they seem like they know what they are doing and if I need anythign else it's bound to be in there.

I was also wondering how MS could come up with a decent program. As it turns out Giant Antispyware made the program but later on Microsoft bought the company.

Jesus Christ, just because one company made on eof the worst browsers in thw world, doesn't mean the entire company is terrible! Look at Microsoft Office! (Word, Excel, So on) Internet Explorer is bad, but Microsoft does good in other feilds.

Just ran the Microsoft Anti-Spyware and it removed 20 threats to my computer.
I can actually see a pretty noticeable difference in which my computer is now running quite faster than before.

Yeah, The MS program is the best by far, but if you're really going to kill everything, get every removal program. The first time I ran ad-aware on my new computer at home I had at least 50 objects, give it a try.

ad-aware is if not the BEST spyware removel

Well. I tried them both. One found things the other didnt. But MS antispyware found more.

What do you have against spybot gradius, it constantly catches stuff on my computer which microsoft antispyware doesn't seem to think a threat, such as tracking cookies.
I highly reccomend the CCleaner though, it freed up over 3 gigs (!!!) of space on my hard drive by deleting stuff that had built up.

I do... An IP finder, IP tracker, an angry mob, 200 random street objects, and 70 torches. And remove the problem at the source.

ADDITION:
Wait you said "program..."

Oh well, an anti-spyware method is an anti-spyware method, can't complain.
