Thats because I keep my desktop neat and organized. Everything else is in my documents, start menu, and whatever else.

I have never used .gif, and .jpg stopped the moment I saw .png.
Normally I use a black desktop with a steel-gray border and something like "SPLoI" in the corner, but as long as I'm stuck on this computer...
