Have you ever had any really long conversations in PM's? If you do, take a screenshot of how many [quote] box bars there are.
Though it's probably not much, I'll post the longest one I made.

The sad thing is, i've only gotten a total of 3 PMs, including the one SEN sends you when u join...

I had to increase my resolution, take away all of my toolbars and status bar to almost fit all of them in...

I always delete unecessary quotes in long conversations so it's easier for them to read. I suppose the downside is that if you need all the information later you'll have to copy and paste it somewhere else.

I'm not one to private message convo, if possible I try carry over to messenger. I'm more into realtime conversation.

Dont mean to be harsh here, but... Nobody cares about your messenger conversations, this topic is about STAREDIT.NET PMs.

It simply just makes more sense to carry over to messenger. If you're going to talk to that extent, you might as well use conversation by messenger. It's what messengers are designed and dedicated for.

Warhamma, he stated the fact that he prefers IMing.
I've recieved not a comment for saying things that are much farther off-topic in threads before.

In fact, this topic is about posting how long your longest PM conversation is.

If you're going to do that, then go through every thread in SEN and point out every time someone posts without staying absolutely and completely on-topic without straying as far as pointing out a fault in the topic, or that it should be somewhere else, or that the topic doesn't apply to them(no one seems to mind the fact that I've done that plenty of times).

While that's true, at the time of my PM conversation, I didn't have any IMing programs, and anyways it took place over most of a day I think, and overnight I know.

Disecting what you said? You were pointing out that Trig did something that I and I'm sure other members have done many more times and worse, while saying something that was even further off topic. So, even if I was, I was pointing out that you shouldn't have made a post about that in the first place.
I care far less for your complaint than I do about the fact that Trig thinks that it's better to use IMing devices for talking than PM's, the most important reason being that what he said is atleast remotely related to the topic.

"Completely off topic" hell! As I said before, his post was closer related to the topic than yours was.

As for it being late and being grumpy, I've had a very bad day, and I'm getting tired of seeing people point out things that Trig does that either other members have done without getting a single comment about or while being hypocritical about it, either of which I can't stand.
Though, it's not so much the hypocricy that I hate, but the fact that you people don't seem to care or even recognize it, and continue doing it.

What you said has nothing to do with the topic at hand, it has to do with his post. Creating a thread on that one post would be inappropriate, but complaining about it is effectively the same thing except less obnoxious and annoying.
2. All he said was that he prefers IMers, since it makes more sense to use them. Where did you get that "proof" part from?
3. Well, I've only ever seen you do it to Trig... in fact, I don't think I remember ever seeing that kind of thing before, atmost three or four times not counting yours.
4. He's obnoxious, but he admits it. He pointed out that even if Trig is right, his unpopularity will make him ignored or even attacked. Devilesk is more than cool, he's downright awesome.

See, thats why I select all and delete before making replies with a lot of quotes. Anyone who has had an extended conversation over PM's with me would tell you that.
