# Best Original Soundtrack
Halo 2

I am a big fan of Steve Vai's work. So yeah I enjoyed part of the soundtrack. It is a multiplayer that keeps people playing... Somehow. First game I play is decent, second game is great, third game is great, fourth game isn't so great, fifth game... F**!, sixth game... f*** this time for Starcraft or Warcraft 3. And pretty much always that cycle.

Probably the only thing that's really annoying, is foriegners talking trash using terms like "raped," "owned," and the whole nine yards. So that deminishes late night play's quality. They think American's are dogs, yet they use our language and insults.

Oh come on! Was there any doubt at all that Halo 2 wouldn't make game of the year? Frankly I don't care, it's just that I could have told you this six months ago.

Half-Life 2 was better in my opinion, more thinking, less shooting. But that's just me.

Well the Halo 2 Campaign is terrible but the multiplayer is about all that Halo 2 is and yes i do love the music smile.gif although I dont believe the best boss should be the scarab.. crazy.gif

Ungh, I thought halo 2's multiplayer seriously sucked, half life 2 owns it any day for these reasons:
1. Moddablitity, there are some sweet mods out for hl2 (Plan of attack beta, counter strike source, capture the flag)
2. Physics engine, this just made half life 2 way cooler than halo 2, its just so fun to send stuff flying with explosives.
3. Halo 2's graphics look terrible compared to half life 2 (not that graphics mean a lot...)
4. Console shooters get too many little kids.

Halo2 deserves all those it won, but I agree that the Scarab shouldnt be th ebest Boss, its too easy all you gotta do is bomb it with rockets and grenades then go in with a shotgun, no problem.

Half-Life 2> Halo 2
The X-play Awards had Half-Life 2 as the best shooter bu Halo 2 as the Game of the Year. How does a game thats beat in its own category win Game of the Year?
Half-Life 2 wasn't hyped nearly as much as Halo 2, but it was much, much better.

Unreal tournament > Halo.

A half decent game > Halo. These are often overrated, and judged by people who only play games since they're paid too. Either that, or it's some shady voting system.

Quite frankly, I wouldn't be suprised if microsoft paid the G-phoria people off.

And I suppose that since Half-Life 2 has 3 physics engines runing simultaneously has nothing to do with it's real-lifeness?

Honestly, for graphics Half-Life 2 is so much better than Halo 2. Seriously, zoom in on a dead combine guards while crouching, and there's hardly any texture quality issues. Do that to an elite or a grunt in Halo 2 and you'll see that the models just have well shaded textures, but they suck at close range and the models have :poo: polygon counts.

Of course not. What use has the general public for a PC game?

Oh right. They're much better as a whole. Stupid reviewers.

Of course PC is always better then consoles. The price, well depends on where you get the stuff and how much they cost.
