Ive DLed all of the Sound utilities and got nothing.
So Where Are the Campaign Sounds?
Inside of the MPQ's.
Use StarForge or SCMDraft for those sounds.
Ive Been Using SF And SCM Draft 2 also and turned up NADA!
ADDITION:
And If It Is in An MPQ WHICH ONE?
For the campaign dialogue, look inside install.exe on your CDs. They will be in the "campaign" dir.
The unit acknowledgement sounds can be found in stardat.mpq or broodat.mpq. They will be in the "unit\" dir.

And How Do i Do That?
Download StarCraft Sound Utility and it will extract all the sounds into the same folder as StarCraft. you can find it at Supreme StarCraft.
He means the music. You exstract them from installer.exe
Use the list files that come with starforge. Doodle77 made a list file to.
Ok I Just Got MPQ Viewer.
How Do I Use It?
Open data file, open archive, install.exe on your cd, find sounds/music/xxxxxxx.wav or something simular and extract.
Huh?
Open Data Files Is Only For .txt Files
Alright, this topic is confused(no, I'm not saying it's confusing or that I'm confused, I'm saying the topic itself is confused).
For sounds such as unit speech and attack: BWSoundUtility, those sounds will be in C:/Program Files/StarCraft/Sounds, assuming you used the default directory for SC.
For music: Find the StarForge list file. Open WinMPQ, select Open Data File, and select the StarForge list file. Then change the filter to *.wav.
For campaign speech-events: I don't know.
YAY!!! SUM1 TOLD ME WHAT TO DO!!!
ADDITION:
wait... what directory would the starforge list file be in?
C:\Progam Files\StarForge\data
wherever you put starforge....
AHHHHHH WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!!? MPQ VIEWER - OPENS ONLY .TXT, .MPQ, .SNP, .EXE, AND .SCM. AND WINMPQ ONLY OPENS .EXE, .MPQ, .SCM, .SCX, .SNP, .BIK, AND .W3M. SO WTF OPENS THE SOUNDS.LST FILE??????
Basically any text editing program... Jeez.
ok... so how do i extract then eh?
With an MPQ editor, or is my MAC version more powerful?...
Hooway I Figured it out!!!
All I Did Was Change The Data Directory From Starforge Plus To Original Starforge
*I Dont Know Why i Dled SF Plus*
Oh Well It Works Now!!!
YAY. The topic is resolved now
