I know there was already a thread about this, but I want to talk about it a bit more, that's why I put it here in Lite, so we can have a normal discussion and not a serious one where everyone has to follow a certain set of rules.
Anyways. I was talking with a friend of mine and she made me think of stuff that I didn't think of before.
The nudity in the game was already in there, correct? Well, the only way to see it on the Computer Version is to download the Modification (Which is Illegal, isn't it?) And the only way to get it on the console version is with a Game Shark. But the only way to find it in the console version is to hack into the game, correct? (Which is also illegal, is it not?)
So what i'm trying to say is, isn't it a bit harsh for the government to slap a AO rating on it when the only way you can get it is with ILLEGAL things?
What are your views?

And I've said before I think it's stupid - you cannot unlock that :poo: without hacking or doing something unintended by the developers to the game so why hold them responsible? It's :censored:ing stupid.

What happened to child friendly hooker & civilian killing? Just stupid IMO, you had to do so much crap to your game console, and you had to hack on the comp to use it. The developers never intended for this. So really, it's just screwed.

even porno and playboy magazines can only be bought by 18 year old and older.
so why even ban the game if it has a little nudity and a little bad words.
the only game i would think that they should make it rated A for adults is when the characters are actually both butt naked and having sex with close up action

Because the average mommy and daddy don't know this yet. Politicians do the best they can to make their people like them. I think kids should be monitered and that a parents should limit such things as vilence until their ready. Every person is different, and that means that one kid may be ready at two, another, well, not until he's oh, what? 40 or 50?

I said it in the last post and I'll say it again for people who don't understand. Everything for the Hot Coffee mod was included in the retail game minus the ability to see any of it. People putting porn into maps and making mods that have nudity and whatever else is not the same. All the Hot Coffee mod did was unlock something that was already there.
