He's a Sith. Theoretically, all Sith have the ability to use Force Lightning, it's a matter of having the strength to do so. Choke is among the lower Dark Side Force powers.

Only the Emperor has throughly showed that he can do Force Lightning. Have you seen Vader do Force Lightning? If so, not very often. Force Choke is his trademark.

USE SPOILER TAGS! Anakin was not a Sith a time. He was still Jedi, and if you noticed, he was struggling with the decision whether to help or not. He still believed in Obi-Wan, but in the end, the dark-side came out. He barely overcame his will to kill Sidious, that's why he just didn't kill him. Or something like that.
Him losing to Obi-Wan was another story though.

It had comedy and pain and drammy.
Like when dath sidius was like "noooo!!! neeooooo!!! neeeooo!!!" and he had that like ass-face!!! IT WAS HILARIOUS!!
Then, when he killed all the children!! THAT WAS SICK!! but still pretty funny, but extreemly sick and cruel.
Man, that movie was awesome.
And I still liked edipose 2, why everyone hate it??

it didn't lack everything. it didn't really need anything. it was a movie that help lead up to events. if there wasn't that second move people owuld be like "WTF IS GOING ON!!??". i guess it could have been done a little better, but i still like it. it was pretty cool.
one thing i noticed about the first three movies htough (epidose 1-3) that was dif from epidode 4-6 was there was a lot more alien speicies involved in 4-6. more convo with alien speieis, more alien species present and a wider variety. i unno, maybe i need to watch the movies again??
