Sessase has to be the stupidest kid in the world... I deleted and banned him because of this, and then unbanned him later from bnet when he said he wouldn't do it anymore.

I warned him for flaming I think it was which brought him to 60%. Then he started spamming and I asked him not to (in the DK thread). When he continued, adding his 'in your face chu' attitude I warned him up to 80%. Then he CONTINUED so I warned him to 100% and suspended him. He then got a 2nd account and started posting again and IP banned him.

I belive the stated Max is like really hugh like 100kb or something ...
Edit: Under the signatures diologe it says

You could also say it is unclear if a person uses multiple images that combine to be more than 100kb.
Maybe the limit should be 100kb for Avatar + All sig images
