I am too. I've written 3 stories: a 15-page Sc story I never finished, a 8-page WWII book that sucked, and a WWIII story I'm turning into a game.

Well I've been trying to make some full length ones that are really long but I've made two that were sixty pages and that was as long as I had gotten it to be.

I've made plenty of tries, but despite my imagination and wonderful source of ideas, and despite my good(relatively) English, I just can't write it well.
I might make a description of something's physical appearance more than 1 paragraph long, but only include the amount of detail someone might reach in a few sentences, and while having it be harder to understand... I just sound lame when it comes to questions, speeches, writing, just about anything.
As for a story subject...
That's one of the problems I have. I'll think of one soon and post it.

Hmm... a transversion between 2 universes, modern and Fantasy, which happens during sleep. When you fall asleep you trasnfer from whatever Universe your conscice is in currently to the other.
