Go to mapping--->Download DB---->add a file--->then add your map---->wait a week or 2----->there you go.

if it's UMS pick SINGLE USE MAP SETTININGS. Also this is more fit here could a mod move it?

No it does not fit there. Because that forum has only 8 topics and they are all faq. Maybe it would fit in bugs but not in faq.
