Staredit Network

Staredit Network -> SCMDraft -> Corruption
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Excaluber on 2005-08-15 at 01:53:40
Seems that SCMDraft 2 has corrupted my map for all other editors except Starforge and itself... Anyone know any way to fix this? Possibly it may be:
-the Null terrain
-Player 12(neutral) owns units
-A few units have 0 health

Thank you for your time...

None of those possibilities. The corruption was most likely caused by something else, not scmd2. Did you have the map opened with another editor and used scmd2 to open it again while it was still open and saved it?

remove all doodads
im 80% sure it's the doodads, cause scmdraft2 has a bug with setting them active, where they should not be acitve or so, and thus crashing Staredit and staredit based editors.
(the bug seems to be fixed in the newest preview release wink.gif ).

You can just convert them all to terrain, then reload the map to fix them for now. Or use the scmdraft linked to in the upcoming features thread

i prever exporting them with SCIE 1.5, and then reimporting them wink.gif.
