Um... usually when you have a host, you can typically put up downloads as well.

I'm not too familiar with freewebs, but to do what Yoshi said, you will have to be able to directly edit the HTML.
There may be a way through the template editor thingy, but I don't know.

I'm sorry predieanalien, but HTML is THE easiest language out there!
There no actual deciding structures, NO advanced syntax and its like reading a cookbook. Its just instructions for what the browser should output. Thats it!
I know everyone doesn't know HTML, but theres millions of tutorials on the internet!

All right, man. Just use a Search Engine and find somewhere that you can learn HTML. It's really simple.
