Next time you want a .dll, just look up the file on google and you'll get this site thats like www.dllfiles.com or something...you'll find it every time

Yeah.. its in the C:\Program Files\Starcraft\ Directory..

It's also in the MPQ files (hint as to how to recover it if damaged).
