I made a TI-83plus program to convert Tile to Tilecode.
On StarForge in the Master Pallete at the top it says something like "[5 - 10]" when you select that tile. This can convert that into the tilecode (my example is 90).
Sure you could just do a little math and get it... but this you press a few buttons and your done, no brain required
(Addition: Hey, its a calculator... why not also make it calculate stuff like this? 
)

What exactly does that mean?
And what are the procedures for placing onto calc? (This is assuming I've the stuff hooked up and cd thingy )

This is theory. I cant do anything for the forseeable future, as I'm on my dad's work laptop.

I could steal the instructions from some of the RPGs I got for my calc. 
Those things so big they take like 4 parts (like FF ) so they give very detailed instructions.
