Actually, .mp3 will decrease the quality of the music/sound/whatever. It's not a lossless compression. All my music and stuff is in .wav format unless they come in .mp3 format initially (then it's kind of pointless to convert them back to .wav format)
True, but not by much. The only way you can really notice it is if you dj, which I do not. My ear is not quite so defined so as to notice the difference.
Man, when they come out with mp4s...
(for those who don't speak pseudo-java, mp4s are up to 8x as compressed as mp3s, with little-to-no quality loss over mp3s...
