Staredit Network

Staredit Network -> Lite Discussion -> Proxies

Tt school I have a spare which no one else has, I can't go home, and I'm bored. Luckily, I'm armed with my Diablo 2 on my laptop I can bring with me to kill time. However, my school blocked the stupid ports, and all my Proxy and HTTP Tunneling attempts have thus far failed. It'd be nice if anyone can give me instructions or programs to do this.

Thanks.

I would help you out, but I don't know anything about Networks.

Um... Maybe if you can find a back door through the DNS or the DHCP?

LG, if you could find a program which does this (I can use my desktop at home for any proxyish purposes, btw) then I would be forever in your debt. All programs for SOCKs and Tunneling so far have failed.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to do here, but I found a perhaps useful link off google.

http://www.jtan.com/faq/vpnfaq.html

Instead of using their service, couldn't you use PuTTY to go through your desktop? Or am I out of depth here?

Then why did you spam this thread with the pointless reply?

So you can't find an open port at all?

Okay I got a time consuming technique I will try.
