I read somewhere that you can modify unit hangar unit count for nuclear silo's how do you do this?
I'm not sure but I also think I read somewhere that you can do the same for vulture's reloading mines. True/False?

You can use a special editor to create nuke silos with nukes.
But the Vulture cant be edited for mines. You need to create a new vulture to replace mines.
Although possible, it only works for making MODs of Starcraft, and editing the code of the game, which makes it impossible to work with Starcrafts not using the MOD you have, sorry to tell you...
Vulture, you can do a quick replacement of the unit to give you more mines, but no way to increase normally, else you could set the number of spider mines they had eh!

Well, for reloading Nuke silos, I can tell you this:
That I remember, there are 2 triggers for it, 1 that just tells the computer to build it. The other one is AI MAke Nuke2 or something like that. It just makes the Nuke appear inside the Nuke Silo without the waitr of being built.

does hanger count in staredit work for nuke silos? would be something to check for scmdraft

But may be able to achieve, though mucking hte code, should work in MODs, but on a map, is it like the reaver upgradE?
I'm SURE of it that a vulture's mines can be replaced without removing the unit. Remember them special forces maps? Some of them had this "spider mine refill point". Well since I don't have my computer at the moment, I can't really try stuff out.

naw I meant just for the properties in the map itself. However I dont think the nuke counts as a hanger, cause starcraft has the units with hangers as hardcoded values, ie if (unit == TOSS_CARRIER)||(...)

Vultures can NEVER refill their Spider Mines without a mod. The only way to get more is to recreate the Vulture. We've had extensive discussions about this at BlizzForums.
To make this clear: To load a Nuclear Silo you must give the computer the proper amount of resources and use the AI Script "Load Nuclear Silo".
That should put those mysteries to rest.
