I got back after EUD, and I can't search for it because "EUD" is too small. But I seem to remember something about it being able to detect unit HP. If I were to have a player with just one unit on the map, would I be able to detect when that unit's energy is zero?

Yes, but make sure that the unit was placed before start locations (otherwise it wouldn't be unit 1 and you would need to do some testing to find out what unit it is)

You can still do EUD Conditions, although i havent gained much information on this, as Vic said, EUD's are patched.

Just take a look at LW's new uberation for all your EUD condition triggering needs, as it is the most practical method at the moment for EUD conditions. As kumano also said, this method can be a bit of a headache, as you have to identify the unit by its number, which is where in the order of units on the map it is.
