Hmm I'm bored and I got nothing to do with my minerals so I'll start a lottery! The lottery will work like a regular lottery in most states. A few things you should understand.
-A winner is not guaranteed every time
-The odds of winning the jackpot are 1:59,319
-The odds of winning the mega jackpot are 1:2,906,631
-There are also partial prizes
How to Play
A lottery ticket costs only 10 Minerals! When you give me the money, you must also select three numbers between 1 and 40 (and including 1 and 40) and a "mega" number between 1 and 50 (and including 1 and 50). These will be your Lottery Numbers.
How to Win
Every Friday, three numbers and a mega will be selected at random. Depending on which numbers you picked, you will earn a pre-listed prize. If you qualify for mutiple prizes, you are only eligible for the highest-paying one.
Questions
How many tickets can I buy?
There is no limit as to how many lottery tickets you may buy. The only real limit is you have to pay for them all.
What happens in the event of multiple winners?
In the occurence of multiple winners, jackpots will be divided. In other prizes, each member will get the listed prize.
Are my picks public?
No.
What happens if you can't pay my jackpot?
I'll pay you monthly, plus 2 percent monthly interest. Come to think of it, if it's just once, I'll cheat myself the money
Do multiple winning tickets count?
Yes.

You're assuming you choose a 'normal' or a 'mega' number with each ticket you buy - adding to 90 numbers. However, from the above you'll know that you choose 3 'normal' numbers and a 'mega' number per ticket. To qualify for a prize, the conditions must satisfy the same single ticket, not a combination of tickets.

I like it. And 10-50 mins per week isn't that much. Not as risky as random money. I will surely play this every week. 
Also if I buy 3 tickets do the numbers stack like I have chosen 9 regular and 3 mega or they work separately?
