Anyone like anime here? If so, what's your favourite ones? I like Inuyasha, Teen Titans( if that counts, o_O) and Gundam Seed. I've yet to watch Naruto, but I hear it's coming to YTV, but it'll be dubbed, and it sucks. o_O And no, I'm not an anime freak.

I barely watch anime, but when I do, I usually watch Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, etc. Basically anything with a character that is bad ass.

Heh, I do. I've watched DBZ (okay, so it's semi-anime), Escaflowne, Evangelion, and various Gundam/Gundam related anime (usually at friend's house, so I don't really keep track of Gundam). Since I don't watch TV much, haven't actually seen much of the anime YTV is offering. I don't think Teen Titans would be anime though...

And Digimon Season 1+2. Ah...the good old days when I was young...

i don't like inuyasha as much as i did before because i've come to realize how much it's like dbz just with a lot more blood.

naruto is on cartoon network now, but it's not even on adult swim, so right off the bat you know it's gonna suck.

i like excel saga a lot, but i haven't watched it in a while because anime network on demand took it off (wonderful friends) and i'm too lazy to go to suncoast and buy the dvd's. so now that there isn't really any good anime on on demand, i have to mooch off of my friend for manga.

DBZ had a ton of blood, things have just changed since they brought it over. Trust me, the uncensored original versions of DBZ weren't nearly as bad as the translated pieces of crap in the US. No, I'm not saying the story stoped being redundant, but the characters were less redundant.

dont really like dbz..its mainly senseless violence...inuyasha is ok...but good ones i like are Full Metal Alchemist, Maburaho and i saw The Story of Little Monica yesterday and i liked it (it was hentai...) Cowboy Bebop is ok....better tahn inuyasha...but anime is cool i guess

Hmm, why is that? If you dislike it because it's usually overhyped, then I agree. But some anime are still good shows.

You know, one thing that never really made much sense to me. You're allowed to beat the living blam out of each other, and be extremely violent, as long as there's no blood. What's so wrong with blood? If the show features very gory scenes, then chances are that it wasn't exactly made for little children.

The only animes i've seen more than once on TV were Pokemon, Sailor moon, Yu gi oh, and dragon ball Z....

Inu Yasha is just dragging the story line on and on. I don't like it when that happens. Like in DBZ where fights last a few episodes. I like the anime where there aren't too many episodes. Many of the smaller ones are around 26 episodes.

I watched Escaflowne and Evangelion a long lone time ago. I forgot almost everything on it. This other time I went to my friends house and we got very bored so we watched some anime on the span of about 2 weeks. Hellsing, Love Hina and School Rumble.

Gundam SEED: is great as it constantly switches the storyline around...
Card Captors: w00t!!!
DBZ: Sensless violense after school is also enjoyable for me

.Hack//Sign: Now this anime totaly pwns the others!!! It is by FAR the best the storyline constantly changes and things happen that are unexpected... also trying to figure out WTF is happening if you missed the last 3 episodes is kinda fun in its own demented way...
