Open Admin CP, and on the left hand side is a list of options. One of them is edit style sheets, go there, and it will take you to a page that says something like CSS. There's a large text box, and in it is CSS code. I hope you know CSS, it'll make color editing that much easier

Noo..CSS I cant do, and rexy, there is no background in images..

Or if you wanted a stretchy background (so if you change the window size, the background changes scales also) You could set an image as the background then always have that image be in the back of the screen.
Well I suppose it's a little harder to understand the html for this, (given you say you can't do CSS) so I think I'll make a site sometime.
